so what? honestly i really dont think anything that includes ''PISS OFF" is really that bad. honestly its a word. i get confused when people say damn it is bad to say. infact most of the time im not afraid to say most "bad words" because most words real meanings are not as bad as you think they are today. its just people blowing things out of proportion. there is only one word i will not say due to upsetting alot of people, especially girls.........you know the one.

BTW I WISH I WATCHED THAT PARADE! .i usually hate them but that was just great too bad i was sleeping like a log.

They said 'pissed off' years ago on Nickelodeon. I know I'm old, show was called 'Salute Your Shorts'. I remember it like it was yesterday - Sponge, the nerd, entered a contest where he had to answer questions on the radio (I think the dudes name was "Giant Jim") and it was down to the wire and Sponge didn't know the answer and he said "I'm not pissed off because I didn't win..."

We have much more serious problems. Worrying about a cartoon uttering the phrase "pissed off" on television? Seriously, anyone who gets up-in-arms over something like this really has nothing better to do. To prove my point - and (vainly) attempt to be funny - here's a little rant:

When I was in 5th grade, there was a 15 year old kid in my class who was illiterate - not learning disabled or anything. He was just an idiot. He would have fit right in with the world's population in the movie Idiocracy. After the year, he was basically kicked out of the elementary school and moved on to Junior High - where I would eventually run into him in my 7th grade biology class. One day at the age of 17 he learned that he no longer needed to attend school. We never saw him again after that day.

My sister has been teaching for close to 20 years and swears its gotten worse. These kids all know swear words by now - and it is the least of their problems anyway. Example: The best all ages live music venue around here was closed down due to kids vandalizing shit and spraying racist, white supremist grafitti on other surrounding business.

Sure, I may live in Louisiana and be at the bottom of the barrel in education. But I think people should focus their collective energy on the state of education in the US rather than wasting it on bitching and moaning when they hear a word that doesn't fit with their little brainwashed little Puritan-influenced belief systems.

(Most) Kids are dumbasses these days. And it's the parents' fault.

(No offense to any of the young guys on here. Many of you are exceptions.)

He didn't call you a Puritan, he called the American system of ideals "Puritan influenced"... which it is. The "American"... or English (as to separate from the Spaniards and French who were also laying claim to other parts of the Americas at the time)... of America was originally settled by Puritans and their religious beliefs live strong in our nation today.
