Check llama.com for guides and the tool to open it. They have pads to help with the scratching disks/drive problems too!

Well, I never did get that e-mail from them, so I called them back today. Ended up getting a customer service lady named Mary.

Turns out, they're not allowed to give out any personal information. Too bad, I think she actually wanted to talk.
