Holy crap, Quarantine came out on the 3DO? I had that game on PC, played it to death

Also, nice Jag collection - but where's Aliens vs Predator? Best game on the Jag imo, and the only reason I still own one :p

Indeed, Segata Sanshirou Shinken Yuugi - it's a collection of awesome & bizzarre mini-games staring Segata, when you complete each mini-game you're treated to one of his totally kick ass commercials

I'm still too lazy to take pictures. And somehow I do not feel cool anymore, since I do not own a Saturn.
As for the "age" of my collection, I think I got the games I owned for the longest tme at the age of 10/11, so I guess I collect since 12 years. However, I did not start to really collect games until last fall.

Wow, I like the way this thread is shaping up!
If I am to build up my collection, then I'm going to need to buy some more rare games. Where do you guys shop? eBay?
Becuase my collection is getting thrashed by all of these uncommon games!
Cheers,

Yeah, right next to the Galaxy Maiden Saphire (<-blatant braggart comment), both $50. I do not rely on da'bay too much for r@re games. I have been lucky to just be at the right place at the right time.

don't ebay anymore just grab stuff off forum members or things I find locally. For me one of the great things about collecting is finding a rare game for a cheap price and not actually going on ebay to pay the high price unless you really must have it and can spare some money. Like the mint copy of Rez for PS2 I grabbed for $3 or the castlevania dracula x for snes for which I paid $5.

Yeah, ebay is really very pricey for the rarest games, but sometimes theres very little choice - games like Psychic Killer Taromaru for the Saturn, Snatcher for the MegaCD or Panorama Cotton for the Megadrive are rare enough as it is, and unless someone on a forum like this is willing to part with a copy because they need some cash it's always going to be hard to convince someone to sell for a reasonable price when the games go for so much on ebay. Thats not to say ebay should be totally avoided, there are some amazng deals to be had and sometimes you're lucky enough to find some real gems for very cheap.
Personally i've got a very poor track record when it comes to finding bargains in the wild, a friend of mine bought a PAL copy of Shining Force III for the Saturn for just £10 from Gamestation a few years back, but i've never had so much luck - mostly I get my games from ebay or from forum trades.

A lot of my older stuff is in storage right now, but I've been slowly building up my list for a while now
here. Way to remind me that I never got around to cataloging all of my consoles. Damn. Maybe next year I'll be able to take a proper inventory of all of those, along with whatever PC game boxes are still in good enough shape to scan in.
It's a shame I either traded in or flat out lost (due to moving frequently) a lot of NES/SNES/PS1/DC stuff through the years, but I've thankfully been able to keep my paws on most of the other stuff (more storage space and whatnot).
Now if I can just take some decent photos. Hrm. This might take a while.
