I've been finding some good ones for the Hidden Gems article. (I'm not going to spoil all the titles just yet)
So many excellent games I'll have to add to my DS emulator setup....

Lots of good suggestions here. I don't have any to add but I'm excited to learn there's a super puzzle fighter port for the gba. My wife and I only recently "discovered" the game and have been having nightly battles on the saturn. I think it's great and all but for her it's like crack. I'll have to track down a copy for our handhelds.
