New Castlevania DS Game Revealed

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I like SoTN, but it had a lot of rough edges. It was either too hard or, after a couple level ups, way too easy. The problem with Metroid-vania style play is that you have to be careful when balancing challenge, and while Konami has gotten better at it as they've gone along there are still some weird problems.

And I do still like the older stage-based Cvania games. I think there's room in the gaming world for both types of game, frankly. And Dracula X (PC Engine version, not the gimpy SNES version) was the best of them. Period.

Yes, I would love to see a new console Castlevania game with 100 levels and multi-directional whipping! But also an exploration game for those in a less linear mood. There should be two distinct Castlevania franchises.
