That being said certain games *should* work depending on the output resolution. The PS1 was capable of outputting 256×224 to 640×480. So whatever games that are out there that output at 640x480 should work fine. All the rest probably won't. Most LCDs can go no lower than 640x480. I've yet to find one that can go lower than that. Not that you'd want to though, it would look horrible.
It just shows the need for a CRT TV in any retro gamers set up. I don't know what we're going to do when we can no longer get CRT TVs...
