Ok, this has me worried (regarding 360 repair status)...

Yeah it took me three tries to get someone who was helpful today. The first person I couldn't understand a word they were saying, and then the second person spouted some gibberish and hung up on me.

Finally I got a third person who was like "What, they never sent you a tracking number?". When I said they hadn't, he happily provided it. So apparently, my 360 had already been shipped back, but I had no idea because MS never emailed me.

Anyway, hopefully I'll have it before the weekend and I pray my refurb isn't messed up.

I hope everything goes well for you. I called for my coffin last Saturday (3/8) and I got it today (3/11). Not bad considering I called on a Saturday. Hopefully the one they send back has HDMI!

Just checked the tracking number they gave me and it only says "billing information received" and the date stamp is 3/09/08. Basically that means it is ready to ship back to me, but has just been sitting for two days going no where. Seriously, does everything have to move at a snail's pace with them?

Just hope you didn't have custom artwork and signatures all over the outside of your machine.

But then again... If you did and they cleaned it off, MS and Bungie would hook you up big time!

Yay, scheduled delivery is 3/13/08! I've seriously just been staring at the Lost Odyssey box for a month now. I cannot wait to play it!
