Oh  I really thought you were messing with me, but when you said PS2 I wasn't sure.

The game your talking about has a 2D sprite on a bicycle on the cover? Don't think I've seen that before.

But not to derail my own thread  Are there any other carts like these? It doesn't matter what region they are, so if theres any japan only ones, I'm still interested.

Really? I could have sworn there was one on the GBA with a gyroscope. If not, then disregard. I'm pretty sure there's a JP only puzzle game or something, by Nintendo, with something in it, but I don't remember what, and I don't remember the name. I had found a list of games for the GBC/GBA that have rumble/date+time/gyroscopes/etc a while ago, but I can't remember where I found it.

(Oh yeah: Yoshi Topsy-Turvy, also.)

Aside from the Gameboy Camera and the oversized multigame pirate carts, I remember reading about a GBA cart that was a blood glucose tester for diabetics - Glucoboy or something. There was also a gameboy cart that operated a sewing machine, but I don't remember if it had a weird shell or not.
Oh, and I have a GBA Video-in cart that you can hook Composite video into to view on any of the GBA models.

Yoshi Topsy Turvy would be an example, with its gyroscope.

On the GBA there is...

Yoshi Topsy turvy and Wario Ware Twisted have the gyroscope,

The 3 Boktai (there is a third game) games have the solar sensor.
The first 2 Boktai ones were translated to English. There is only a fan translation for the third.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boktai
The first Boktai is more stealth oriented, the 2nd one is more about melee weapons and less about stunning/sneaking, and the 3rd one has again more stealth elements but has melee as well if you wish.
I think they are all pretty good games.

Can't think of any other cartridges that weren't already mentioned, but I always found Bouken Yuuki: Plaston GP a neat concept. However, it appears to just be an adapter and not the cart it's self.

Exodus is also a weird looking cart, specially because of its exposed pins.

(might be for the oiginal GB)

"Shmup" is far more elegant!

Are you going to update the OP with an alphabetized list of games everyone has been posting? It can then be a useful reference guide for looking at in the future.

What did you think about that Robopon cart? Has to one of the strangest with that TV Remote custom creature capability. The sewing machine and diabetic carts that Anapan mentioned also unusual, I remember reading about the sewing machine cart.

I was actually planning to do that but I completely forgot. Thanks for reminding me, I'll do it now! :D

Man, that has to be one of the weirdest ones. I'm interested in figuring out how it exactly works with the TV remote (it cant just be random button pressing?), I'll find out when I add one to my collection.

Those sewing and blood sugar ones are insane  , I want to see if I could find them.

I'll be making a review thread for these special carts and showcasing how they work. Stay Tuned! :D

SIDE NOTE: I love this about retro gaming/collecting. The obscure games, the interesting features, this is what makes me want to collect games other than the ones I already know and love :D

I need a price check ASAP! I have the opportunity to buy a complete Singer IZEK Gameboy game, sewing machine, etc. How much is this worth? (It is open and used but otherwise complete and in good shape.)

How much is this thing worth?!
