Based on playing VGBA without any filters nor frame blending (mainly because the laptop I'm playing on has a very weak IGP/CPU combo and couldn't handle the bells and whistles) while hooked up to a 22" HDTV:
Astroboy: Omega Factor
Dragonball Advanced Adventure
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
Yggdra Union
Mario vs. Donkey Kong
Warioware Inc.
Mario And Luigi Superstar Saga
Any of the Sonic Advance games.
I also have a GBA SP with a Supercard, and basically, the games that wouldn't look good on a large screen are the same games that didn't look good on the SP's small screen, like Donkey Kong Country (terribly washed out colors, looked like crap compared to the SNES version), Mortal Kombat Advance (there's so much pixelation going on that you'll barely recognize the characters.), Tekken Advance (this one is actually a blast to play, but the pseudo-3D graphics look bad when blown up).
What GB/GBC/GBA games translate the best to the big screen?
