I would tell her that I had a question to ask that couldn't wait and then ask her out. Maybe even learn how to say something sweet about her and or ask her out in her native language. Watch her heart melt like chocolate in the hot desert sun. She obviously likes you and on the date all you have to do is be yourself and make her laugh, a lot.

I agree, I say wait it out

Then again, I always just call someone if I want to have a conversation. She may need a guy who can take charge in the long run. My fiancée is the little quieter type, so we balance each other well. She keeps me in check behind closed doors.
