Yep, and good effing luck finding them. Last time I looked into making saturn s-video cables, the parts alone were probably $20+ not counting labor to make the cable or shipping costs. It's way more economical at this point to just add an s-video jack to the back of the console for a couple of bucks, but you have to be good at soldering.
I wonder if it would be possible to modify another mini-DIN plug to fit. I haven't thought of this before. Like, a plug that would fit in if you just break off a pin or two. As long as the audio and S-Video pins line up, you could break off all the other pins if need be. Or perhaps even a mini-DIN plug with less pins, again, so long as the pins needed line up.

Unfortunately, the 10 pin mini-din carries audio on one of the extra pins that doesn't match any standard mini-din.
