If you can wait until the end of March, pick up:
Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower. You'll have the best three on the system.

Re: Your top 3 rpgs for the Wii
If you can find Xenoblade at a GameStop for $50, BUY IT! All of the GameStops around me are sold out, and used ones go for more than that online. Plus, it's a great RPG.
NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Xbox 360, PS1, PS2, PSP, DS Lite, DSi, GB, GBA SP, Dreamcast, and 2600.

Muramasa all the way if you're counting action RPGs. Cheapest of the Wii RPGs and in my experience the best one.
Look into Shiren The Wanderer if you're into dungeon crawlers.
Don't forget about Monster Hunter Tri.

Re: Your top 3 rpgs for the Wii
Murasama: The Demon Blade, Little King's Story and Rune Factory: Frontier probably. All three are very unique, and great experiences on the Wii that you can't really get on another console. I don't really follow the prices much these days, but considering a certain three Wii RPGs are getting all the attention these days, they shouldn't be too hard to get.christopher85 wrote:So I'm finally deciding to put this "buy 2 games get 1 free" coupon to good use and want to invest in some Rpgs. So, if you had to pick 3 (preferably cheap) rpgs for the Wii what would they be? Thanks for the help.
If you're import capable, Tales of Graces. If you're a masochist, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. If you want another unique RPG, Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon or The Last Story.
Unlike popular opinion, I'd say piss on Xenoblade unless you can get it cheap. You have to be a serious JRPG nut who wants absolutely nothing different from your average JRPG to get anything from it. Otherwise it's a huge bore. Get it for its bizarre skyrocketing price, not because it's a worthwhile investment of your time.
Edit: Arc Rise Fantasia has a great battle system, but the voicing will make you hang yourself. I'm not one to fuss over English dubbing, but make sure all the sharp objects and long cords around you are hidden away before you play it.
