Just got mine in the mail sealed.. I'm playing Code of Princess atm on my 3DS, should i just keep it sealed? :P Also if you had an extra $200, would you buy the FE 3DS just for collection purposes?(assuming the value increases over the years)

I would buy that if it was the XL version.

It will hold more value over time, just like all LE portable systems do, but in the long run it will still lose a lot of value. Instead of being worth $40 ten years from now, it'll be worth $80. Buy it if you want it, but it's not gonna be any kind of good investment unless you keep it sealed.

I have only seen this at Best Buy. They had four copies. I bought one, a flipper/gouger bought three. I hope Nintendo reprints this.

Sometimes you choose a LE console and it's more rare than first anticipated, making it worth 300-$1000.. Like the various LE PS3, GBA and PSPs you see..

Just import it. Remember, Nintendo portables are always region-free. Oh wait.

Newegg.com has copies available for pre-order (release date there says 2/19). So, I'm guessing stores will be getting more stock then.

Amazon does have it at 39.99 for preorder, but no date of when it will be back in stock, I can't imagine Nintendo would do this to a game this new unlike the Xenoblade ordeal.

I find it hard to believe that there won't be more copies out soon. I can't fathom that it would sell out in a week and that there not be more copies made. It's not like it was touted as a limited release. If it had been, I don't think I'd have seen so many commercials for it. I mean, I could be proven horribly wrong, but that just seems silly to me.

And I think most people who knew about Xenoblade knew it was going to be limited to begin with. It was pretty much a guarantee when it was announced that it was only going to be distributed via Nintendo and Gamestop.
