Cross country cow.

Although separated from your Mother at birth, being a bovine on a North Carolina farm has been divine. Until now, as veal is at a record high demand. Time to hoof it and moove out. Steer your way to find your Mother in Montana while battling farmers, crossing dangerous roads, finding food to stay alive, and avoiding deadly predators in this Kinect adventure. That is if you think you can stomach stomach stomach stomach it.

A game where a stick-figure ninja is rendered on a piece of notebook paper. The ninja runs and jumps back and forth between the lines on the paper while an enemy/monster of some sort shoots or spits random letters at him. Whenever the ninja attacks a letter, it is recorded on the right side of the screen, and whenever the letters recorded on the right side of the screen spell a word, they damage the enemy/monster. Longer words do much more damage than shorter ones.

You play as a bank robber. You are very methodical and are more than just a run and gun type of robber. You don't want to get caught. So you decide to case the bank and figure out the best way to relieve them of their cash while remaining unseen, or being seen as little as possible.

You start out with small time local banks. You can watch the patterns of workers seeing who comes in and when. Seeing when the armored truck comes to pick up the excess cash. You can study schematics of the building and of the safe. You can befriend a worker and cut them in on the profits if they help you get info or perform tasks from inside. You can higher a guy that is good at cracking safes, another that is good a disarming security systems. A guy that is a ballistics expert to help you make small explosive devices if necessary. There will be tons of options, however the more people you higher, the lower your take of the profits will be. Overtime you build your skills and can move on to bigger banks with more cash but also more sophisticated security systems. Also, the more you use certain team members the better they get at their skill and they can then do the bigger banks with you.

Also, the game rewards you for being non violent. If you become violent the authorities are far more likely to hunt for you. So, the next heist is harder because banks are on edge and expecting to get hit. You would have a police awareness meter similar to the system in the old Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The more car chases you cause in that game, the harder it was to shake the cops. You built up a bounty and they would try even harder to take you done. My game would have a similar system.

The game would play out more of like a puzzle game with multiple solutions for the same puzzle but it would also have team based action as well. Imagine if Payday: The Heist and Hitman combined with a little more planning than Hitman involves and a little more team work than Payday has.

I've thought of this for years and I have always wanted to try it.

When I was young I "designed" (ie: sketched out levels on graph paper) a side-scrolling platformer where you played as a bee and the enemies were other insects. It should have been a shmup, I guess I forgot that bees can fly.

Instead of the countless button-mashing track and field games, there should instead be some kind of simulation title. You would train the athletes, peak them for certain events, and raise stats (endurance, speed, etc). It would actually contain all of the track events too, even the more obscure ones like steeplechase (which would actually be the most fun, as it involves platforming). Oh, and it can only include t&f events, it drives me nuts whenever I fire up a track game and see swimming and archery. Those are different sports!

You are a supposedly "domesticated" house cat, but you have to unleash your animal urges to kill mice and birds. This must be done in secret, for if your owners find out about your murderous impulses, they will surely kick you out on the street. You must manipulate them to think you are a sweet kitty, but go too long without a good kill and you become moody and involuntarily scratch the hell out of the nearest human (which, obviously, also gets you kicked out). Meanwhile, the mice and birds have plans of their own to blow your cover...

Those last three are awesome.

I want an entire boardgame built around taking control of your opponent and playing his turn for him.

PC murder mystery detective game where you have to interview local townsfolk to find the killer. All the NPCs in the game are chat-bots, but each holds a unique piece of information necessary for solving the mystery. You don't know exactly how to get the information you need from them, so you have to carry on conversations until you strike gold. You must collect enough evidence to be able to land the killer in jail.

This actually sounds really fun. I would play the shit out of this.

Not just a stealth game. But a stealth AND manipulation game.
Older. Not wiser.
