You got Y's Chronicles and Y's seven (haven't played yet), Jean D' Ark is a tactical RPG and the you have Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep you don't need to play any of the other games to play this one.
And if you want variety you can also pick up Ultimate Ghost and Goblins, Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles (has a remake of dracula X, also includes the original pc engine version and simphony of the night with new voice acting), Metal slug XX, Metal Slug anthology (these games are PERFECT for a handled), Dead Head Fred (totally recomended) and the silent hill games and the gta games but those have been ported to the ps2 so i don't know if they are worth it on the psp.
Here's some other games: Kenka badass bancho, Project Diva games, thexter neo, god eater burst and prinny can i really be the hero.
Okay, FINALLY, got a PSP

I would also have to recommend Ys Seven. It does so many things well and it is not a port of another game. It was designed for the psp from the get go. If you like action RPG's this is the one to get.

another vote for Half-Minute Hero. Yes, an RPG. But a totally unique experience. Also, you might wanna venture into the Sting games -- Hexyz Force, Riviera, Yggdra Union, Knights In The Nightmare, Gungnir. Again, totally unique games.
If you want something totally different, Pangya Fantasy Golf is my vote for most fun weird hidden gem. I love the hell out of that game. Haha.

Do any of the Sting games feature the police?noiseredux wrote:Also, you might wanna venture into the Sting games -- Xexyz Force, Riviera, Yggdra Union, Knights In The Nightmare, Gungnir. Again, totally unique games.

Hmmm there are so many good games for the PSP, it's hard to know where to start. Personally, I think every PSP needs a copy of Castlevania Symphony of the Night on it, ala PSOne Classics.
If you put Disgaea on there, you have hundreds of potential SRPG hours awaiting you.
And my favorite PSP RPG, Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. Probably the most likeable well written cast of characters I have ever encountered in a console RPG.
Congrats on getting a PSP!

Everyone keeps mentioning Dracula X. I think I have a UMD-only copy of it hanging around if you're interested MrEco.

Officially the first game in here I haven't heard of yet. XDksloth wrote:Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
I'll check it out. And I'm also considering the Y's games and Half-Minute Hero.
Also, Noise, Dracula X is something that I've been looking at for a while.
