Marathon 2: Durandal did have a Windows release back in the day. It was the only one of the series to get one, and it did come out a bit after the Mac version, but it did get it.

The original games are available for free now too here.

Quake 4's level design is similar to Doom 3's, except the lighting is better and you have a flashlight on two of your guns for any darker sections.

This probably falls more into the Action RPG category, but System Shock games are great. Scifi horror/FPS/RPG mix with a fairly unlinear/mazey level design etc. System Shock 2 is pretty much Deus Ex, Portal, Dead Space and Bioshock packed into one package (Bioshock is kind of like a modern dumbed down underwater steampunk version of System Shock), but it was released 1999, before any of those :P

Killing Time
Escape from monster manor
PO'ed
Alien vs Predator

Wouldn't that make pretty much every 1st person dungeon crawler RPG an oldschool FPS?

No noes. Stygian Abyss is famous for being an early first-person game to have fluid movements (instead of navigating through a bunch of "blocks" like the older Ultima games, Eye of Beholder, etc). The creators of Wolfenstein 3D were inspired by the game engine.

Updated the OP, still looking for anymore.

Interestingly, the release of Doom 3 BFG Edition entices me, despite my questioning of Doom 3...
