Dang, my bad. I didn't know you played SA2 already on GC.pankakes123 wrote:Probably should've cleared this up already, but I've already played SA2 on the GC.Sonicx360 wrote:I highly recommend you to play Sonic Adventure 2. Get SA1. The DC version and the GC version don't have many points about them that are that better than the other, however the GC version of SA1 is a lot more like the two versions of SA2 in some ways than the original gameplay of SA1, and if you've already played 2, 1 on the DC should be a fresher experience. The two versions of SA2, on the other hand, aren't nearly as varied, and definitely doesn't warrant a second purchase.

That's exactly how I feel. I used to love the whole game for the most part, but the older I get the less I see to like in the Sonic Adventure games. Nowadays I just load up my old completed save games and play nothing except the Sonic/Tails stages in SA1 and the Sonic/Shadow stages in SA2.jay_red wrote:While I loved SA2 when I got it back in the day, I cant stand the non Sonic levels now. The gem finding levels with Knuckles and Rouge are slow and boring, and the Tails/ Eggman levels are just button mashing the fire button. The Sonic/Shadow levels however, are excellent.Sonicx360 wrote:I highly recommend you to play Sonic Adventure 2. There are tons of extras to unlock and lots of stages to complete. Actually, and again probably should've cleared this up earlier, but I've played SA1 on the DC and GC haha.GameMasterGuy wrote:Get SA1.
