That's the plan! :D I need a new stick for my PS3 now. :|
besides fighting, you should get a bunch of other online stuff for PS3 too. For the same reason as above. NBA Jam TE, Tecmo Bowl, Super Puzzle Fighter, Lumines Suprenova, Borderlands, etc. I put Sonic All Stars Racing on my xmas list too.

ALSO, I don't know if it bothers you, but some games are a single Blu-Ray on PS3 but like 3 DVD's on 360 -- Like FFXIII for example.

I didn't know Sonic Generations was better on the 360. Anyone know if a US copy will run on a J360?

No idea. Just read a few earlier posts in this thread.

Yes. I haven't even gotten my PS3 version in the mail yet. Has not even shipped, actually. So no problem if I need to return/swap.

On a lot of PS3 ports there are more frame rate drops and blurrier graphics. *shrug*

ok, just funny to me that you'd just believe that one version is "better" without even hearing specifics.

My rule of thumb is that if I want to play a console game online, I get the PS3 port. If I don't, I get the 360 port.

That said, even though 360 ports look better most of the time, Sony's first-party games are easily the prettiest games of this generation from a graphics standpoint.

The usual suspects are what I read on some Lens of Truth comments. But they didn't do a real "head to head" article for the game so I can't know for sure. However, I'm really not at all surprised if the 360 version is superior even if just a little bit.

Is that because the online play is free?

I won't dispute your statement concerning Sony first-party titles. I can't wait to start the Uncharted series.
