I am definitely buying Ikaruga day one. I would gladly do the same for RS. I don't own a Saturn, let a long a jp console or a modded one.

I doubt they'll sell it for more than the usual $10. What a deal that'll be.

All the hours of Ikaruga Gamecube action... all the scoldings from turning our TV on it's side hehe... never could talk anyone into real two player action though. Multiplayer online is great, getting it for a game I can't find anyone else to play is better!

Personally, although i hate to see a re-release or radiant, i would love if they re-made it to high def AND modern 360 quality graphix, that would definitally be exciting. but a re-release with just better resolution is something im totally against and should be exclusive to the saturn.

Sin and Punishment coming out, Radiant Silvergun, and Dracula X and Valkyrie Profile on the PSP.

The times, they are a changing. I think it's great, and I don't care if the value of any rare games I have go down. For me, it's all about the joy of owning an original, not how much they are worth.

Having a FILE on a hard drive is not as satisfying as an actual CD or cartridge that you can feel in your hand.

Ditto!

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

I've been trying to ignore this for a while now, but what the heck is a "definate possibility"? I only know what a "definite possibility" is.

hehe -- never thought that through that much :) I just meant that Treasure has expressed interest in it.
Is that better?

He is just being a spelling Nazi I believe. :P

"definate" should be spelled "definite"

I am indeed a spelling freak.

Xbox Live is really starting to frustrate me. I don't have a 360, and they cost a lot, but if I bought one it would only be for the Live content. If there was only some way to strip down the system even more for Live content. See, if the Wii were doing more Live-style content, with remakes, rehashes, etc... I'd be all over it.

I've said it before, I'll say it again - I'm waaay more interested in the releases for PSN and XBLA than the VC. Yeah, there's more games overall on the VC and plenty of stone-cold classics on there, but really, who among a hard core crowd like us is going to re-buy a FILE of an old Zelda or Sonic game when 99/100 of us have then sitting our closet?? Imports like Sin and Punishment are great, but they seem to be few and far between.

Original content FTW.
