yeah I saw that but "demo gd-rom disc" and "web browser" is vague and doesn't answer my question as to which specific ones.

Well, Stark just about answered it. Now, what brings such a question if I may ask?

just me being neurotic. I always am interested in that kind of thing -- original pack-ins and stuff like that. Don't know.

I don't remember which demo disk came with my launch Dreamcast, I know it came with a web browser disk though. Unfortunately all of my demo disks are filed together now in their original sleeves, and they all look the same to me.

Actually, I sold that Dreamcast to my college roomate after I got my free Sega Sports Dreamcast from SegaNet. I gave him what I thought was everything that came with it, including the box. It's too bad the Dreamcast became his Test Drive: LeMans box until he bought a 360 last year.

Well, there's the original web browser which is orange and is just connection stuff. Browser 2.0 is blue and has Sega Swirl on it. I don't think I've seen any others and I got rid f the Generator disc I had.

I forgot to mention that Sega Swirl definitely came later, I think it was around the time of the SegaNet launch as a free game.

^yup! It was when Sega launched SegaNet and they began changing all of the packaging design (for the better) as well as removing the "Sega" brand name on all DC products.

I remember I got the Sonic package that came with Sonic Adventure, Sonic Shuffle, Sonic Adventure 2: The Trial, Planet Web 2.0, and a blue VMU. I think my mom even bought it at Sears (remember when they had game kiosks?)! Anyone know when that bundle was available? Oh man, that was the best birthday ever.

Wait, I remember a name change announcement by Sega that changed the logo, but I do not remember them taking their logo off of games.

Wait, that is interesting. My later gen US Dreamcast games have the Sega removed from the spine, and only the Sega published games seem to have the Sega logo on the manual/front. The same thing happens with my Jpn imports.

Wow, the company seemed to buy into its own bad press.
