maybe they will make a wireless gamecube controller? Or they will make a usb gamecube controller?

Nintendo will always find a way to get more money.

anyways, hackers will find a way to mod this new console as well

Doubtful. I seriously think that beyond Skyward Sword, Nintendo is perhaps done with anything regarding the Wii. Maybe i'm wrong. Certainly hope i am.

well perhaps so, but it's quite a stretch to get Cube controllers working without a proper controller port...

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing. Skyward Sword will be the big finale.

Yup. Doubt they'll bother with the Wii after that... I wonder if any 3rd party publishers will stick around...

I think that's what happened. My two Walmarts always had multiple Mario Kart Wii bundles in stock. Overnight, they were all gone, replaced with Wii Minus's.

I'm thinking after SS, the Wii is going to be a like a combination of the PS1 post-2001 and the GCN 2005 and onward. A very few good games left, but not too much besides kiddie shovelware.

Ugh, speaking as someone who was a huge cube fan back in the day, I don't get why anyone would want this version. Half of what I use my wii for involves gamecube games or the controller.

I don't mind the loss of GC compatibility since I already have a Wii that is. I also agree that the market that this Wii is being pushed towards is to new gamers who only want Wii games... but I fear many will be disappointed by all the ebay and other stores that list their CG stock as Wii games.
