Most: GCN, I've spent hours on its fantastic library
Least: Dreamcast. It's not bad, but I have extremely limited experience (read: Centipede and Tony Hawk) with it, so I can't truly judge it yet.

My favorite would probably be a backward compatible PS3, because it can play over 15 years of the greatest games ever made, and what not. But since they aren't very common, I'll just say PS2. The PS2 is when Sony had it's zenith of the best games on it's system IMO. The PS3 is nice, but I'd rather play PS2 than my PS3. Runner up would be the SNES.
My least favorite? I don't really play my Wii too often because it looks rather crappy on my HDTV. I have it hooked up via component and it still looks pretty bad. : / I don't know what Nintendo was thinking about not making it HD. But it's not by far my least favorite. The few games I played were really fun. It probably just gets the least amount of play time.
Though my least favorite actual system would maybe be the Sega Genesis. The games are OK, and there is a few I like, but with the Sonic's Ultimate Genesis collection for PS3, you really don't need to get a Genesis. Maybe I just haven't played the right games, but the only 4 games that aren't on that collection that I really like are Gunstar Heroes, Truxton, MUSHA, and Thunder Force IV. I have Gunstar Heroes on the PS3, and I could live without the other 3. I seldom ever play it, so I let my sister borrow it for her college dorm. Shows how much I wanna play it.

Favorite: Currently the SNES. It was my first console and has a great library. I really like the Gamecube, PS2, PS1, and Saturn as well though.
Least Favorite: Virtual Boy. I used to own one of these back in the day and let me tell you what you already know, this thing is total fucking garbage. It had a funny smell and I remember getting headaches playing it. It also had a ridiculous design.

Not sure how it is even considered a portable console.

I think my favorite is likely the Sega Genesis.
My least favorite? Damn, that really is a tough call. Let's just say it is a tie between the following:
Atari Jaguar
Nintendo 64
Game Gear
Virtual Boy
Now for the in-betweens, the following consoles would rank very high on my list:
Saturn (especially if it can play the JP library)
Sega Master System
TurboGrafx-16
NES
Playstation 3
Xbox (original)
SNES
DS
In the middle are these:
Sega Dreamcast
Playstation
Playstation 2
Gamecube
Xbox 360
Neo Geo
PSP
GameBoy/GameBoy Advance
Towards the bottom are:
Wii
3DS

Favourite Console: Dreamcast, Gamecube or PS2. Between the three of them, a library that'd keep one going past a nuclear holocaust.
Least Favourite: 0Xbox/360. I've been looking for an excuse to buy either of them for ages and am still struggling. Focused mainly on FPS titles, not the biggest fan of the genre, few exclusives outside of that and its main selling points revolve around doing what a PC was doing for free 10 years ago, still is.
I dislike the PS3 a little too, despite owning it, as it just just strikes me as this big, ugly shiny box that choking with unnecessary add-ons at the expense of genuinely interesting features like backward-compatibility.

I consider the Xbox brand in general to be a total stain on gaming. Outside of its first few years when it had its share of would-be Dreamcast ports (the best of the bunch, too, with Panzer Dragoon Orta and Jet Set Radio Future) the lists of exclusive titles have been absolutely pathetic for both the original Xbox and its successor (even being merciful and discluding titles that also appeared on PC), unless you're just absolutely fucking nutso for driving sims and taking cover behind things. Obviously they're not the worst consoles of all time, but the culture that surrounds the brand both internally (total corporate garbage, completely lacking even the vaguest semblance of creativity) and its core fanbase (primarily bankrupt of any inspiration in their gaming, addicted to the most meaningless elements of games possible, and endlessly supporting corporate pandering by throwing gobs of money at the most blatant cash-in franchises in gaming) is just unforgivably bad.
And it's not just a case of
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlyM_p116lY to me either. The Xbox fanbase has been the biggest (not the only, but biggest) factor in turning big-budget gaming into absolute the creative poverty we see today.
I fixed an old, broken Xbox 360 and it's literally my least-played console of all time. I absolutely hate the fucking thing. I'd sell it, but everyone around me already owns one, which just makes me angrier because it reminds me of all the undeserved dollars that Microsoft has gotten for their shitty console.
My favorite would be the Sega Dreamcast, though. I've stated my reasoning for this many times, most recently would be the Top 10 consoles thread.

I remember hearing about Nintendo not going with the HD because at the time not everyone has afford an HDTV, or not everyone has yet to afford one, manufacturing wise, I consider that a smart move.
