Live Trace and Vector Magic make most of the sprites look like a Picasso piece.

I don't see the point of filters. They always make something look bad to me.
Since this signature affects old posts, I'm leaving a message here in case anyone searches for my username. This account died in early 2013. I am no longer a fundamentalist.

Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.

Same here, I even prefer scanlines that is available in Mame32. But the newer "Our" graphic tool does look better then the eagle fixes.

I love that Vector Magic one! Sure you can't tell what half of the images used to be, but it'd be awesome to play classic games as cubism art. They should definitely put that filter in all the emulators. Look what it did to Mario!

I liked that one too. It wasn't trying to enhance the original exactly, just make it look different.
