Based on those 3 bits of information, I bet there's a pretty good chance you might also have a crappy bootleg since Europe is rife with GB boots.
There were two awful bootlegs in the box. One was Pocket Man, the other I shall have to get the name of when I get back home tomorrow. Both of them are GBA carts.
