Im stranded on a deserted island and its either 3DO or 32x

Man, pick between a version of SF2 that takes around 8 seconds to load a round with an absolutely useless controller or a neutered Viruta Fighter. I'd say 32X. Kolibiri, Virtua Racing, and Virtua Fighter win out for me. All with the Sega 6 button goodness.

I'd have to say 32X, with the 3DO's laser I would have trouble with overheating. And the cartredges are much more durable.

Here is another interesting point to bring up.

Although so far everybody including myself says 3D0 recentally they took a poll on underground gamer for favorite console of all time (the group was all the failed sysems)

anyways 28% says 32x and 17% says 3Do

i wonder if that 28% (im one of them) would pick the 3do for the deserted island and sacrafice some of those amazing 32x games for a system thay will keep you busier in the long run?

32X, because then you'd have the mega Drive as well and because the 3DO was shit =)

I'd take the 32X because I've never played one. Something new to keep me occupied.

3DO ... I saved all summer long in 94 to get one of those damn things. It honestly looked like it was going to be a good system. For about six months, anyway. There were some cool games for it through Xmas of that year and then, nothing. Now I realize the PlayStation came out in Japan at that time and every developer on earth was making games for it by then. 3DO was dead in the water and I chucked it not long after that. Can't say I miss it, though I played the HELL out of Road Rash on that thing. It was incredible at the time.
