Tony Hawk 2 on the dreamcast is as perfect as it gets.

Tony Hawk 2 is in close to every way a better game than the first, from 2 onwards it went pretty downhill (3 had some stuff which was good but overall not as good as 2).

I agree, I had fun with 3 the little time I spent with it

You probably already know what I'm going to say...

Good footage, but again you don't show half of the levels in the game.

I will double check when I get back home, but I am pretty sure every level is shown in some way or another. What levels do you think I am missing?

PA (burnside, I think) and Roswell.

Both are in it (though with only a scene each I am pretty sure, Roswell might have 2).

I must say I disagree. I've played most of the games in the series, and have been a fanatic ever since I first played the second game. THPS3 I can't say much about, but the fourth part is a solid game. So is Underground, especially because it added the option to get off your skateboard, which I thought was brilliant. Underground 2 on the other hand is one of the worst games I've played. But the new maps are awesome.
Still, the THPS series has a lot more quality titles than most people say.

The problem with the later games is they really didn't do anything new, they felt like the the same engine just slapped on new levels with more and more stereotypical and stupid storylines.

Project 8 was a decent TH title, most likely the last one that will ever be made (decent TH).

I have finished all games in the main series up until P8, I played a bit of Proving Ground and decided it was time to stick with Skate. as a series.

The first 4 games are the best for there simplicity, P8 is the best of the non Pro Skater games.

I liked the fast paced and excited reviewing style. I know it was a good review because it made me want to get up and play Tony Hawk again.
