I keep worrying about it, if someone answers it could put my mind at ease.
Yeah, Wad Installer.

Yes, you can. In my opinion, if a company is not going to release a hard copy of their game for commercial sale, then, well, I really don't feel bad about downloading a "back-up" of it. This is especially true for the Wii, as you are only allowed to use downloadable games on a single console!!!

BIT. TRIP Series

Also, I really hate DD, unless companies keep porting the DD'd games from one gen to another, I don't like having to bother with it. But god damn I want me some Bit Trip Runner...

Thanks. My mind is at peace.

As far as downloadable titles. I'd say, umm, the internet channel.

I enjoyed "Defend Your Castle" quite a bit, too.

The Cave Story remake to the Wii is fantastic. If you haven't played the game yet, be sure to do so now. All 3 of the Phoenix Wright games [but not the Apollo Justice and Miles Edgeworth games] have been ported to WiiWare. Unfortunately, these ports suck; they're practically emulation. I'm only recommending it if you haven't played any games in the series before.

I enjoyed Lost Winds and Nyx Quest. I wouldn't say they're 'must have' but they're certainly worth checking out if they pique your interest. I plan on downloading Castlevania ReBirth as well at some point - once I get bored of Rondo of Blood.

Cave Story is really good but the PC version is still free. :)

The wii version evidently has more, including a boss rush, Curly Brace mode, and so on. Plus, as much as I love the PC version of Cave Story I feel that platformers are meant for consoles. However, they changed the translation, so Balrog shouts "OH YEAH!" instead of his trademark "HUZZAH!"
