yes, during non graphic intesive applications, but movies may not play very well when being pushed that much. It's kindof unpredictable, tbh. Plus, you don't know how far the processor is already being pushed by the manufacturer. That and how durable the processor is, sometimes they can take quite a beating, while some die fast. It's under 50 and should work well. It may run a bit hot, but if you get a silent PCI slot fan, you should do fine.
