search for NEOKEY PS2

Code: Select all

ONLY WORKS IN TOP USB PORT!
I. PSX/ PS2 original games: Set the switch of Neo Key to left side, turn on the PS2 power, the light of Neo Key

comes off. insert the original game to PS2, then press reset button one time, the game will direct to boot, no

need to swap disc.

II. PSX backup games: Set the switch of Neo Key to right side, turn on the PS2 power, the light of Neo Key will

LIGHT. insert the backup game into the PS2, then press reset button one time, the backup game will direct to

start, no need to swap disc.

III. PSX import games (Original and Backup): Set the switch of Neo Key to right side, turn on PS2 power then

insert the AR2(PAL) or GS2(US) DISC 1 into PS2. Press reset button one time, for a while the menu image,

image will be appeared on TV, after then select START GAME and press X button to into select code on the

select code image pls select WITHOUT CODE and press X button, then will display "change game disc" on TV

monitor, now pressing EJECT button and the tray will move out, at this time swap the import game (Original or

Backup) into PS2, after then press X button and ready to play game.



IV. PS2 Backup games:

1. Set the switch of Neo Key to left side, and turn on the PS2 power.

2. Plug the AR2(PAL) or GS2(US) memory card into memory card slot 1 of PS2.

3. Insert the AR2(PAL) or GS2(US) DISC2 into PS2, then press reset button one time.

4. Wait for a while, the AR2(GS2) MAIN MENU image will be display on TV monitor.

5. Select "START GAME" and press the X button one time.

6. After that the START GAME menu image will be displayed on TV.

7. Select "WITHOUT CODES" and press the X button one time.

8. For a while, the TV monitor will appear "PLEASE INSERT GAME DISC" image, at this time set the switch of

Neo Key to right side and the light of Neo Key will LIGHT.

9. Press Eject button one time, then the tray will move out and the bubbles on the background of image will stop.

After that, swap the backup game into PS2 then press Eject button again, the tray will back into console, and

waiting for 3-5 seconds the bubbles will move again.

10. Finally you can press X button one time and ready to play the backup game.

it's an ancient swap chip, mostly useless. if you want a real chip installed, i offer PS2 modchip install services now.

can you further explain why its useless ? And i thought its chipped already so you still have to swap it ?

well, it's useless because all it does is trick the drive into thinking it's still closed when you eject it. you will still need a swap disk like swapmagic to use it. it does not autoboot games.

Eh, it will just stay in my pile of game junk. Or maybe I'll need a USB plug some day and cannabalize it. HD loader takes care of my import playing.

you really should get openPS2loader. HDloader has been dead for years and openPS2loader is still being worked on and improved. it runs some games that will not run in hdloader at all (they just recently fixed street fighter alpha anthology and vampire: darkstalkers collection. woot)

So far the PS2 imports I have bought and dumped to the HD work fine and there are only a few more I migh tpick up at some point. *shrug*
