I heard that the problem is not the game itself but crappy print, specially in Europe. That means some copies run fine while others suck.

On my 30" CRT I could get lag of up to 1.5 inches (480i 4:3). Even worse on my new 46" LCD (480p 16:9).
I am in a PAL territory, so perhaps I was "lucky" enough to get one of these crappy Euro copies?

^That's probably because of the crappiness of the Wii sensor bar. In most light gun games the sensors are very far apart, in the orignal Ghost Squad arcade machine they are in each corner instead of the middle of the screen.
It's much easier to know where the the gun is when the angles to the sensors are not extremely similar.
