Wow awesome list! I've been considering importing a Mega CD for awhile and wanted to see if it was really worth it considering I already own a PC Engine CD and a good many of the Japan-only titles on the Mega CD are ports of PCE CD games. I'm still not sure it's entirely worth it, but at least now I know which games to drool over.
