I stopped all other fastfood chicken when I had El Pollo Loco. Its like the best parts of a KFC and good fastfood texmex under one roof. Yes I will get nachos with my bucket of fried chicken and mash potatoes. A&W is all about Rootbeer floats - skip the food.

As for your situation. You can write corporate, but odds are youll get a canned apology. Your best bet is to boycott the store. Statistically when you have a good experience at a restaurant people tell 1 or 2 others, but for a bad one they tell 8 or 9. So go for it. And hopefully the domino effect will take place.

I never tried one until last year and yeah, it was fucking awful. It was basically McDonalds food at 4x the price. Absolutely insane.

i wish it was as good as Mcdonalds. It is like the only place at the airport in Norfolk that you can get a cheeseburger (for some reason the bar and grill in the area doesnt sell them... yeah i have no idea about that one and complain everytime.) Anyway, if I could get an extra value meal from Mcdonalds for $20 or eat A&W for free, if I had the money I would ante up and head to the arches.

KFC... man that stuff is horrible.

Call corp, leave comments and whatever else if you don't want to give up on them yet (boycott). Tell all your friends to call. If you get the right person, they will listen and it can make a diff.

I am pretty disgusted by chicken from any source these days, but KFC is downright vomit-worthy, IMO.

Where I am, KFC is known to be garbage food.
It is a general idea that you should not eat KFC unless you got the day off tomorrow , you know what I mean.

I will have to add that if most of you never traveled much, I did notice that fast food quality changes a lot from one country to another. Sometimes one city to another. I heard stuff like the cheeseburger of London's McDonald's is out of this world, or the Milk Shake of Baskin Robins in Orlando is amazing. You have to notice the city here because its not the same out there.
Just to add a fun fact, I also noticed that reputation of a restaurant differs from one place to another. For example I heard that Fuddruckers is just another restaurant in America where no body really cares about. Where I am it is considered Quality and a dine out really, and it is! I have seen Trader Vics be lousy restaurant in Spain but where I am it is like really classy and expensive(around a minimum of $45/person at least). There is another restaurant called Paul's in London. Here it is like a classy European restaurant . In London it is is just a sandwich places. I also heard that Dairy Queen is just an ice cream place in USA, here its a fast food restaurant .

I remember better times of KFC when it was chicken and delicious. Now the food is like chicken meat that has been exposed to nuclear radiation. How can a chicken breast be half fat and bulky and there other half thin? Maybe KFC is better out there.

i dont mean to get off topic but has anybody ever made chicken at home that was like the extra crispy at kfc? how do they get it so crispy? and the only kfc we have around here is a gas station one. I knew someone who worked their and he said it nasty and he would never eat food from that place.

Fudds is amazing and under-appreciated here in the USofA. Actually I have never been in one that wasnt quite busy and I have been in Fudds all over the country. I love that place. Shame there isnt one by my house.
