I can't enjoy my food unless i add something to it?

I'm pretty much the same way. I put pepper on half the stuff I order. I don't even taste most things before sprinkling some pepper on it. Can't touch a piece of pizza without covering it with crushed red pepper. Love sprinkling some Parmesan cheese over pretty much any Italian dish with a tomato sauce.

I think most foods can be complimented with a little extra touch of something. I don't mess with food when I'm at dinner with someone else cooking for me though; I don't want to seem insulting or anything.

I find that most of the time simplicity is the key when seasoning food. Using basic seasoning and just enough for taste is key to a great meal.

I have the weakest tastebuds on the planet- My cheesburges are made with bun, mayonnaise, patty, cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, bun. I eat my steaks with nothing on them, I don't eat Mexican food, and I don't eat anything that doesn't have the right texture. Usually I prefer canned green beans to real green beans.
