I am the exact opposite. I am of the view that food is served how it is meant to be eaten. I'll add things to food, but I always eat it as served the first time before making any changes.

Eh, I add salt & pepper to my chips, oh and a bit of apple sauce with practically any meat (although yes, I know it's meant to be for roast pork, but apple sauce goes awesome with any meat imo :p) - but beyond that, I don't really add any flavour-changing sauces or condiments.

If your talking about meat, I prefer to season before cooking. I don't really like sauces or salt but I will add ground pepper to some things (like salads) if they a little zing.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

I find everything tastes better with mammal sauce.

I put red pepper (cayenne), and I add Jalapeno's to almost everything I eat. That makes my food so very happy

What I add to meat depends on what type I'm eating. Veggies can benefit from seasoning as well. Sometimes straight-up is good for meat, but only if you have a good cut or something really nice. Just a little salt and pepper is a good start, though.
Dunno 'bout powdered cheese, though...

It really depends on the food. A good steak is fine with just some salt and pepper but I like it marinated or covered with seasonings too. Americans tend to get stupid with sauces though. I never put ketchup on my french fries but I see people smother them in it. How can you even taste the fry? Ketchup completely overtakes anything it touches, even in small amounts. People also drench their sushi in soy sauce. They always give me that little bowl of soy sauce and I give it back to them practically or completely full and yet I see people ask for another bowl. I seriously don't know how you can even make a normal serving of sushi absorb ALL that soy sauce.

I don't eat meat but even so I put vinegar or tapatio on almost everything I eat.
vinegar goes on
french fries, salad, bread, pasta, pizza
tapatio goes on
fruit and cooked veggies

Do you mean the hot sauce? Cause there's only one other thing I can find that that could be and I suspect this isn't it:
"Tapatío is a Mexican Spanish colloquial term for someone from Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco, Mexico's second largest city. It is also used as an adjective for anything associated with Guadalajara."
