"Unable to read disc" errors

It's weird, but I've seen someone mention it before for any problematic disc. Apparently if it doesn't work the best the first time you can boil it again each for about 2-4 minutes.

I had a similar problem with one of my discs, and looking online I found the only real solution was to replace the drive (I tried the disc cleaner but it didn't help any).
