Goof Troop was a very cool/unique game fwiw. Not sure if many people have played it/know about it, could be decent for a video.
Re: SNESdrunk reviews
If you could find somebody with a Nintendo Super System arcade cabinet, I think an episode on that would be interesting and right up your viewer's alley. I mean, it's an arcade machine that is more or less just a Super Nintendo with a timer. It is a hard machine to find though, so good luck with that.
Aside from that, the weeb in me wants to see a list of anime-based SNES games. There's quite a lot of good ones out there. Thus far I've only got the Super Famicom Sailor Moon fighting game, but I know that there's some good Slayers RPGs, a Tenchi Muyo Tactical RPG, Magic Knight Rayearth RPG, Lupin the 3rd platformer, Record of Lodoss War TRPG, Azakukin ChaCha RPG. I'm pretty sure you've already covered Gundam Wing Endless Duel but there's a ton of other fighters based on Dragon Ball Z, Ranma 1/2, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc. There's also some puzzle games that just had anime themes thrown on top of them, like a Sailor Moon puzzle game and a Gundam puzzle game.
And you could always do an episode on extremely weird original Japanese games. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but you know they gotta be out there. I mean, I'm sure there's at least one Cho Aniki game on the SFC, I think there was even a Cho Aniki fighting game on the SFC.
Maybe another idea would be to take a look at SNES games that had remakes/remasters on other platforms? Compare and contrast? Maybe if the remaster is just as good and easier to get a hold of, it could help people get SNES flavor without breaking the bank or searching for a needle in a haystack.

That's definitely coming. Slayers is one of my favorite TV shows of all time and I've always wanted to dive into the game.the7k wrote:Aside from that, the weeb in me wants to see a list of anime-based SNES games.
Thanks for the ideas everyone!

Re: SNESdrunk reviews
I've played a bit of SNES Battletoads and was always lukewarm to it. But Battletoads and Double Dragon...I played the Genesis version and hated it. As a result, I've never given the SNES version a shot. Maybe I should change that soon...SNESdrunk wrote:Tuesday, August 25, 2015 - Battletoads SNES games

There's very little difference between the versions. Unless your overall opinion changes due to giving it another chance, you'll hate the SNES version too.Ack wrote:But Battletoads and Double Dragon...I played the Genesis version and hated it. Hell yeah, son, Killer Cuts was the bomb, yo!SNESdrunk wrote:Tuesday, September 1, 2015 - Killer Instinct
I was a big Cinder fan back in the day and could consistently pull off combos in the 7-10 hit range as well as his finisher and humiliation. Sunk a lot of time into KI... Good to see it get recommended again.
