Good kids educational software for DS

Post by corn619 »

My daughter is 5 and has a DS, I know shes spoiled. I've looked for games that are educational but can't find anything and was wondering if there may have been a PAL or U.S release I missed. Are there even any good educational games for her age level, like 5 to 7 years old? P.S She already has a Leap Frog and it doesn't even exist anymore since she got the DS. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks :)

What's her interests? I mean, I could recommend you Professor Layton (as the logic is great here), but if she's not into puzzles, well it just won't work. I guess there's always Crayola Treasure Adventures, or even Cooking Mama (1 and 2) for non-ed games, but I think it should also cater to her interests even if its an edutainment type of game.

Professor Layton I forgot about that one! And I'll have to try the Crayola game as well, thanks!
