This is an odd case. But the user madhair60 who I previously gave a -1 after failing to receive games I purchased or a refund, has after 3 years tracked me down and refunded me.
So I am giving him a +1
Just to balance out the -1 I previously gave. Whatever the reason was that things didn't work out back then, he went out of his way to fix it now, when he easily could have ignored it.
