This is how I handled the Duck Tales game too on WiiU. I did the same thing with Sony/Bethesda with Wolfenstein the Old Blood. They tried to force a download only on us while everyone else got a disc. Apparently there was so much lack of sales combined with bitching about it along with others buying the english PAL version they basically had their hand forced and then I bought it (US ver, was days from importing when I saw the story break.)

Not possible currently

The original Ducktales Remastered release was just a download code. All the consoles got the physical release on the same day.
Well then I guess you either play by NOAs rules and get burned or don't buy it and miss out on the game are the only options. And yes I know that Ducktales was a download code, I didn't buy it because of that and only after it was made physical I bought the game. That was the point. And as I said, it wasn't exclusive, did the same with Sony stuff too. There are a few games I'd have liked to have played, but we got stiffed while other regions got stuff. I really wanted the Umihara Kawase and Senran Kagura titles the 3DS got, but since they went digital rental only I still don't have them.

I see someone will be giving up video games in the coming years then.

But if we buy download only games then the corporations will get into bed with the communists to take our guns away, which means we won't be able to fight off the terrorists when they try to make us allow gay people to marry and have basic human rights.

I wonder if Donald Trump will pass a Ban on all Digital Distribution of games and entertainment if he becomes president?

You naive kids are fun to watch. Twist and spin, it's like watching crooked politicians playing against each other.

Are you saying that you yourself are a crooked politician? Because none of us are fighting with each other.
