The backlash has begun? I guess I'm lucky I caught it before the hype brought it out of proportion.

Not necessarily about what I'd watch/recommend, but [adult swim] now has a 24/7 live stream for everything on their Toonami block, if you like Toonami, but don't have Cable, or don't have the time to watch it on Saturdays.

Need to be a U.S. resident, though, but hey! It's free!

Watched a little of Monster Musume and thought it was pretty interesting/funny. Glad they made it into a anime.

On another note, I will say that I don't have much to watch and I really hope they get on it and make a new SAO anime already. I've seen pretty much every worthwhile VR anime, so I don't have much to watch.

Excel Saga. Do it, do it now. That is all.

I saw the first couple of episodes of Desert Punk. Honestly, I wasn't impressed at all. It was dull and kinda generic.

Sailor Moon is pretty decent, as most of us know, but you've already seen that. I always figure it's best to see something new.

No idea about the other two.

Sailor Moon is awesome but also REALLY long and the "monster of the week" formula isn't everyone's cup of tea. I'd absolutely recommend trying it though. I thought Excel Saga was super funny BUT I feel you should be warned that you shouldn't try watching multiple episodes in a row. It's REALLY EASY to burn out from the manic energy. But once you've seen both Sailor Moon AND Excel Saga you should watch Puni Puni Poemy! A magical girl parody made by the Excel folks.

I'm under the impression that Desert Punk and Chrono Crusade have not aged well and are now considered irrelevant to most anime fans. I've only seen maybe one or two episodes of both and wasn't wild about them. Watch at your own risk.
Conversely, while I haven't seen it, I heard that X hasn't aged well but is worth watching if you like Clamp and/or 90s cliches. Might be better off going for the X manga though.

I think the first 8 episodes of Excel Saga and the end are amazing but there are two compilation episodes that are just filler.

i'm on the last 4 episodes of the first season of Sword art online.

is it just me, or did the second half of the first season just completely lose its shit. it can't just be me. it went from an action drama to soft porn overnight.
