As in straight up wrestling games, or like fighting games with female wrestlers for characters?

Rumble Roses  . I think a few of the WWE games have Divas as well, but I'm not 100% sure since I never really messed with them.

The snapshot mode in Rare Replay is great, it's really given me an appreciation for how good some of those old Speccy and NES games were. I spent hours yesterday knocking out the Jetpac, Lunar Jetman, Sabrewulf and Cobra Triangle challenges. The videos you unlock are cool as well.

Speaking of Spectrum classics, the ZX Spectrum Vega is releasing over here on the 24th. For those that aren't aware it's kind of like the Colecovison and Atari flashbacks but with way more games (1000 preloaded).

I'm...not sure about it. It costs £100 and, from what I understand, is lacking a lot of the Speccy's best titles. Yes you can download other games onto a SD card but, I dunno. I paid about that for my Retron which has way more functionality.

I've recently been enjoying some of the Speccy's homebrew library.

That spectrum scene is so active! There's hundreds of homebrew games released.

I guess that's because the Spectrum (and the Commodore 64, to a degree) are pretty easy to program for?

More like this. I am idly wondering if many of the WWE games have playable female characters.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Looks like WWE 2k15 has it for sure. So I would say going forward they will continue to feature them.

Picked up WWE Day of Reckoning 2 the other day for Game Cube and it appears to have them as well.

I'd say your best bet is to browse around youtube. Bumped into a couple videos that way. Looking on google isn't very productive since it's mostly just people fantasizing :P.

For those of us who are exchange-rate impaired... What's 100 lbs (sorry, no symbol for that one on my keyboard)? $150 USD or so?

That sounds kind of expensive to me. Especially considering that you can get most of the Flashback consoles for $29 - $49 USD these days...
