There was another shooting at my local B-Dubs.

This happens all too frequently, and somehow BW-3's usually keeps a lid on it. Countless fights, stabbings, and shootings, and you'd think the press would be all over it, but nope.

It's weird that one of the most dangerous bars in town is also a family restaurant.

I only learned about this a few years ago and was shocked to learn chicken and waffles means something different outside of PA.

In Nashville they do Hot Chicken and Waffles. Hot Chicken is a Nashville original that is breaded chicken with hot spices, then fried in lard and lightly coated with a hot paste and baked for a short time. Usually the chicken is dry to the touch but the bread or waffles it sits on soaks up the rest of the paste. It is bizarrely Nashville styled and well worth it if you are in town.

As far as weird food combos go, I've never eaten a pizza with ham and pineapple that I liked.

Alright so ebay fucking sucks for selling. I'm done with this shyt. Going to be changing over to amazon or making my own website. Sick of getting fucking scammed and it's pretty much impossible to keep top rated status with all the constant jabs at your seller performance for no reason whatsoever.

That sounds awesome, and I will definitely seek it out the next time I am in Nashville. We do something similar in North Carolina with "dipped" barbecue chicken. "Dipped" chicken is, basically, fried chicken dipped in a barbecue sauce until the breading absorbs it. Keaton's is probably the best, but I usually get it at BBQ King. (It generally comes with bread, but it would be AMAZING with a waffle.)

Also...and as much as I love southern fried chicken...I must admit that the best chicken and waffle I ever ate was at Roscoe's. (The best fried chicken, however, was at Price's here in Charlotte.)

Admittedly it's probably Harlem you should apologize to, and not the South. The soul food variety is believed to have originated there.
