Is my Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 fake?

I picked up this Wario Land the game works perfectly. I wanted to replace the label but every other copy of this game has a different label than mine. Is it fake or what?

i don't think so, its just a different label maybe because its a players choice best sellers label.

my wario land is a 1st run but my super Mario land 2 is a players choice and its label layout is similar to your wario land with a -1 after the letters

Yeah, I remember that cover from back in the day. That's a little Player's Choice ribbon on there. Looks like the text has kinda bleached out... or maybe it's the gold.

That's weather and water damaged, but it looks right. But technically aren't all of them fake since Nintendo decided to lie and call it Super Mario Land 3 to help sell their new mascot? I bought it in the day and didn't realize it until after, played some, I think I finished it and never bought the sequels.

Kinda like Yoshi's Island was falsely marketed as Super Mario World 2.

Good job beating it! It's a fun game. The sequels are great, too. At some point, I need to get my Virtual Boy down and finish the one on there as well.

The sequels are incredible, and Wario Land: Shake It! is one of my very favorite platformers.
