I can't think of any that I've actually beaten (maybe The Last of Us though...) but I did play through most of Kingdom Hearts thinking "When is it going to get as good as everyone says it is?". I'm still not sure what's so good about it tbh :/Exhuminator wrote:How many people will play through an entire game because it got rave reviews and you keep playing trying to understand what is great about said game? Despite the fact that you aren't having fun with it?

Re: Let's talk about beating games
1) Do you have problems focusing enough on a game to beat it?
Rarely, that usually only happens if I'm struggling to enjoy the game, but if that's the case, I won't complete it.
2) Other than losing interest, is there any recurring reason why you abandon games?
Usually when I get stuck/frustrated.
3) Conversely, is there something that makes you far more likely to beat a game?
Just the enjoyment of playing, if I enjoy something I'll focus a lot more on it than other games I've been playing.
4) Do you finish bad games or games you are not enjoying too much?
Never.
5) Have you ever tried to beat a whole series? Which one? Did you succeed?
Tomb Raider's the only one I've sat through and completed, up to the 2013 release, anyway.
