:D :D :D Tomorrow I leave for the Balkans! I'm going on a 13 day trip with a friend, we start on Dubrovnik and then work our way up to Budapest through Mostar, Sarajevo, Zagreb and Ljubjana. I'm really nervous but I bet it will be fun and it's a bit out of my comfort zone so why not? :D

One of my colleague visited recently, and she said it was absolutely beautiful there. I hope you enjoy it.

If Many of these cities is half as beautiful as it looks, the trip will totally be worth it, thanks! :D

Thank GOD. The only person I've had to argue with lately is jp1 and he takes it too damn personally.

Seriously man, glad things are going well for you.
Wait. We argued? I took it personally? Man, what are you on? I didn't even get heated. I straight show my ass when I get pissed, ask Luke.

For real though. Thinking you were being a dick and thinking you are a dick are separate things.

I said some things, you said some things...I thought we kissed and made out, errrr.....up.

Anyway, hell yeah! Dave is back. Missed you man. Now where are Hobie and JT?

My names is Slick, and I don't know shit.

Frown: I hate pools, oceans, and any other shared water that isn't meant for cleansing.

I also break out into tears when I see little kids and or babies. What's even worse is seeing how my wife reacts when she see's a co-workers baby.

Double whammy time. I went to a pool, with one of my wife's friends, who has twin boys that are fourteen months old. It's like someone giving you a Dreamcast 2 for a few hours and then the same person saying "Hope you had fun, but that's it for ya".

Smile: I now like pools...as long as shitty little brats are involved. These dorks can say four words, but it's always adorable. I would float on my back with one of them on my stomach, and they would not stop giggling.

I taught them how to play "music" by banging on an aluminum railing.

Also taught one of the twins how to spit out a grape, and catch it in your mouth. It took a few tries, but this is a skill that isn't easily mastered.

A joke I commonly get thrown at me from friends is that I mentally associate with children and people with Alzheimer's disease. Not much a clever joke because I relate, not mentally associate with those groups.

I "get" kids and old people who are a bit bonkers.

Think not? Ask me at your local Barnes & Nobles in 2017.

That burns man, I literally sent you a pic of my ass just so I could reference it when needed. It looks like I shaved for nothing.

:P : Got everything worked out at work so I'm just doing the short route tomorrow which is only around 50 mail boxes I have to drive to and a couple cluster boxes I have to get out to do anyways.

:D : One of the resellers expanded at the Milton flea market and his prices are actually reasonable and he has a pretty solid inventory. Looks like he is going by VGPC which isn't to bad if your looking for common games under $10 where shipping makes up a good percentage of the price. Plus unlike most of the guys he actually has all of his game priced so you don't get any nasty surprises when you go to pay.

:( : Have to work tomorrow.

:D : Still happy about the C64 and C128 purchases. Gonna spend some time searching for the missing pieces this weekend.

:( : That will have to wait until after the 3-4 hours I'll have to be at work tomorrow. Outside... In the July Florida heat.....

:( Heartburn. Annoying. Really just a sign I need to lose weight (since last time I was in semi-decent shape it completely went away) but still annoying in the here and now. I did Prilosec like a month or two ago, but you're only supposed to take it for 14 days every 4 months, so the other 3.5 months I guess life sucks? (No I know, it's so that you don't overdose on it or the side effects get bad or anything like that, but still)

Maybe this will finally motivate me? Probably not. But hopefully.
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!
Cheat sheet of my collection, always looking to increase it. 405/677 licensed games, 46/"95" unlicensed
Chronically out of date BST thread

The time constraint is mostly due to the fact that your absorption of key minerals such as calcium and magnesium have poor absorption. Supplements can curb this. Although another reason is that your body will adapt to ppi meds and acid production will change. This means weaning off after long term usage.

Of course consult a Doc if you did intend to prolong the use of these meds, but it can be done with management and blood tests. A change in diet is ultimately a better option, but anything beats burning a hole in your esophagus.
