So what have you guys been watching lately?

watched the first 2 episodes of Scream The TV Series. Enjoyed it. I mean, Kevin Williamson. Love that guy. And somehow with this he's meshing Dawson's Creek and Scream into something singular. My favorite part is how the token Williamson character talks about how you can't make a slasher into a TV series. Classic Williamson.

B) it's made by the same people as The New Normal (which shouldn't have been cancelled) and Glee
i've only watched the first 2 seasons. i need to catch up on this one. from what i hear all the seasons are pretty good, but the first one is still the best. 2nd was ok, but nothing like the 1st season.

caught up on wayward pines. still a good show to me.

Well that doesn't bode well for me. Season 1 of AHS maybe the most forced tv show I've ever watched.

I've been back on a Columbo kick, again. One thing I love about the formula of the show is that is plays out like how my Grandmother reads a mystery. She flips to the last chapter first, and once she knows "who dunnit", she starts from the beginning.

"It's not about who murdered who, it's about how the detective finds out who did what!" - My Grandmother

The show hasn't aged a bit, unless you count the sets, as everyone seems to live in elaborate mansions. Plus the way Peter Falk is able to play coy and dumb so well will always remain a lesson for the ages.

Oy...since all the shows I want to watch seasons ended last year and they don't start again until october looks like it might be binge watching time for them. So that means I'll be binging on: Arrow, Flash, Gotham, and Once Upon a time. (and if i have time, funimation shows will be next with: Fairy Tail, One piece, and knowing my luck there's more I need to start and subsequently catch up on). Good thing I have next weekend off thanks to a vacation i put in for a concert..

believe it or not me and the wife just binge watched all columbo had to offer on netflix. i love that show. you know who the murderer is, but get to watch how it all comes to light. i wished netflix had the last few year on their playlist. we are currently rewatching murder she wrote. but it's nothing like columbo.

I believe you. The amount of superstars and beautiful women that appeared on Columbo is staggering. Definitely one of my favorite shows of all time.

One more thing.

Columbo's mannerisms and personality are a joy.

Just finished the Suicide squad episode of Arrow. Great episode, just wished they'd done more than hinted at Harleen Quinzel  (That line of "I'm a certified psychiatrist" was nice but I was hoping to actually see her too bad if thing were right about not being able to mention Gotham then I guess they wouldn't really be able to show a version of her...)

Almost finished with the penultimate episode of AHS.

Just 2 minutes and 21 seconds, and then the finale and then it'll be time to start on AHS: Asylum and then AHS: Coven.

 WHY IS AHS: FREAK SHOW NOT ON HULU YET?!

Hee-Haw.

I don't know why. Possibly for the purdy' girls.

It's a weird premise, ever weirder show, but it definitely stands alone.
