Here's a picture of me and my wife from this past weekend. I've been doing a weight loss program recently and I'm starting to actually see the difference in pictures which feels great!

Didja go swimming in the Pamlico River? I used to avoid swimming in the Neuse River because of Pfiesteria outbreaks that were killing all the fish.

I sure did Blu, and I can't remember a time I when I was more relaxed.
The wife and I are going back asap, and this time with inner tubes. We'll take a water proof cooler and just drift around.
