How funny would that be if they actually made a Superman game? If they actually did as good as they did with Arkham City that would be amazing. I think I'd actually love to see that happen if they did it as a Superman vs some of his greatest enemies leading up to Lex in whatever they make the final game if it becomes more than 1 game(I doubt they could do worse than Superman 64, even if they tried as long as it's not rushed like the pc version of Arkham Knight sounds like it was from some of the things I've heard...)

Even that wouldn't be a bad idea...I'm just suprised no one has really mentioned that fact here even in the Arkham Knight thread...I'd just got to thinking about it when I noticed Lex's building and that voicemail. I really don't think that could be a coincidence right now for some odd reason

At this point though i'd love for someone to do a Robin/Nightwing/Batgirl type deal(either seperate or together)...I liked Robin/Nightwings parts in the games but it isn't enough for me from what I've seen so far in the games...

dialogue and event sequences in FF VII Disc 2 is getting pretty ridiculous . I was sitting for around an hour just hitting the circle without reading to get on with the game. One of the big reasons why I am not an RPG fan.
I need a question answered though, spoilers:
Do I need to have the Omnislash to beat the final boss? i don't want to go through Chocobo racing and battle arenas in the Golden Saucer. I read that you need 32,000 BP or GP to get it.

No, other than the usefulness of having such a high damage ability. The part you might be thinking about gives it to you if you don't already have it, and you can't die at that part as your opponent only uses % damage effects that round down the damage they deal.

An SNES mash-up of Batman Returns and The Death and Return of Superman 2D fighter would be great.
Sunsoft's Superman on the Genesis isn't half bad either if you want to play a decent Supes' game. Wouldn't mind a GTA style game for Superman. Superman Returns on the PS2 and oxbox really missed the mark, but I don't see why we couldn't have a sandbox Superman game that isn't fun.
That said, Superman can move planets, so what would stand in his way?

I think that's why so many of them suck. A game involving a character with one weakness, hell one LIMITATION period, seems next to impossible unless you're just going to completely ignore the entire essence of the character. I don't envy whoever has to write that comic book at any given moment. After 80 years of Kryptonite-something, aliens, or nothing, how the hell do you keep Superman interesting?
