Hopefully there is a way to preserve it, not to sell it on ebay to an impulse buyer just to forget years later, or simply to jack up the price.
I do wonder if the OS is still working, given there were two media options to choose.
And I do see typical SNES yellow fade, so I think this is real for sure.

Saw this late last night. This thing belongs in a museum somewhere.

That just looks amazing. I wanna know if still works, how it works and what is that cartridge on the console.

Pretty sure the cart was the ram much like how the FDS worked.

Re: Sony Nintendo Playstation Prototype has been found
Sony sure does like putting their name everywhere.
This is pretty cool, but it does seem to look a bit different than those prototype images we've seen for years.
I'm always cautious because today it's actually not that difficult to fabricate stuff like this.

Uncanny, isn't it? These "finds" are usually just stealth ads.Cronozilla wrote:Sony sure does like putting their name everywhere.

Scroll down a bit and you'll see links to the new Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted games. I'm sure there's no correlation.
Re: Sony Nintendo Playstation Prototype has been found
That was part of the reason Nintendo dropped them, Sony wanted their name on every unit, Nintendo did not agree with this.Cronozilla wrote:Sony sure does like putting their name everywhere.
