Persona 3 vs Persona 3 FES

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? It is worth buying the original if I already have FES?

The only difference is that Persona 3 contains an art book and a soundtrack CD. FES contains a bonus s.link or two and the answer (which should never be played). It depends whether you want the extras in the original.

I have both, and the original is still sealed. FES is really the definitive version the answer is another game in itself and adds 30+ hrs to the game. If you really like the art and music of Persona then go for the original.

Yeah, the Answer is basically an add-on episode that has no social links or life-sim elements; just straight dungeon-crawling. I know some people get off on that, but I think the reason Persona 3 was so great was that they balanced the life-sim elements and dungeon-crawling so perfectly.

Persona 3 FES also has a hard mode, which I started going through but never finished. I kinda went through P3 enough times to burn myself out, plus Hard Mode still wasn't as hard as most MegaTen games on Normal. I also hear that maxing out Social Links in P3FES is much easier than P3 (which was the reason I went through P3 so many times).

FES is really just P3 enhanced, so there's no reason to get the original if you're just looking to play the game.

Also want to add that you can buy Persona 3 FES with the artbook and soundtrack CD for only 30$. So even less of a reason to get the original
